INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TRANSVOICE SURGEONS (IATVS) Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”)

This Agreement was last modified on December 18, 2023.

Please read these Terms of Service completely using International Association of TransVoice Surgeons (IATVS).org which is owned and operated by INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TRANSVOICE SURGEONS (IATVS). This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at International Association of TransVoice Surgeons (IATVS) transvoicesurgeons.com.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TRANSVOICE SURGEONS (IATVS) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.

Refund/Return Policy
Memberships can’t be refunded within the running year of membership

Cancellation
A membership may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

To cancel your membership an email to contact@transvoicesurgeons.com is required.

Complaints
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: contact@transvoicesurgeons.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.

Liability for contents
