Hyung-Tae Kim, MD, PhD, is the adjunct professor at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, The Catholic University of Korea, and the president of Yeson Voice Center, Seoul, South Korea. He is the founder and chairman of the board of the Korean Foundation for Voice of Performing Arts. He has developed the endoscopic voice feminization surgery: Vocal Fold Shortening with Retroplacement of Anterior Commissure (VFSRAC), and he has been involved in an international trans healthcare organization and is currently vice president of the Korea International Medical Association.
